Berret of Carroll County Willoughby N. Smith of Baltimore City Isaac Gorham Moale of Baltimore City Robert C. Combs of Saint Mary's County, and Hattersly W. Talbott of Montgomery County received the highest number of votes and were duly chosen and elected in accordance with the Laws of Maryland.
