aforesaid to the payment of the civil list and funded debt, and by this act directed
to be applied to the payment of the journal of accounts.

An ACT to continue an act, entitled, An act for the regulation
    of officers fees, passed at November session, seventeen hundred
    and seventy-nine.
An act continued.     BE it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That an act, entitled,
An act for the regulation of officers fees, passed at November session,
seventeen hundred and seventy-nine, be and is hereby continued, and shall
be and remain in full force until the thirtieth day of October, seventeen hundred
and ninety, and to the end of the next session of assembly that shall happen 
thereafter.

An ACT to continue an act, entitled, An act concerning jurisdiction.
An act continued.     BE it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That an act, entitled,
An act concerning jurisdiction, passed November session, seventeen hundred
and eighty-five, be and is hereby continued, and shall be and remain
in full force until the thirtieth day of October, seventeen hundred and ninety-six,
and to the end of the next session of assembly which shall happen thereafter.

    foreign gold and silver coin shall be deemed the current money
    of this state, passed at November session, seventeen hundred
    and eighty-one.
An act continued.     BE it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That an act, passed
at November session, seventeen hundred and eighty-one, entitled, An act
to declare what foreign gold and silver coin shall be deemed the current
money of this state, be and is hereby continued, and shall be and remain in full
force until the thirtieth day of October, seventeen hundred and ninety-six, and
until the end of the next session of assembly which shall happen thereafter.

An ACT to continue an act for repairing the public roads in this
            province, and the supplementary act thereto.
Two acts continued.     BE it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That an act of assembly,
entitled, An act for repairing the public roads in this province, made
at a session of assembly begun and held at the city of Annapolis on the
second day of October, seventeen hundred and fifty-three, and the supplementary
act to the said act, made at a session of assembly begun and held at the city of
Annapolis on the twenty-third day of February, seventeen hundred and fifty-six,
be and the same are hereby continued, and shall be and remain in full force
until the thirtieth day of October, seventeen hundred and ninety-six, and to the
end of the next session of assembly which shall happen thereafter.

    effectual punishment of certain offenders, and for the taking
    from them the benefit of clergy, made at a session of assembly

An act continued.     BE it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That an act of assembly, 
entitled, An act for the more effectual punishment of certain offenders,
