8 PRINCE GEORGES COUNTY

Ordred by this Court Upon the Application made by the Attorneys of this
Court in point of Allowances of Fees that they have the same Fees as
the[y Us]ually had in Calvert County Court.

[11] Whereas Complaint was this day made at this Court by Easter Ball
Widdow that Edward Ball According to a former agreement wa[s] Obliged to
provide and Maintaine the said Easter dureing her Nater[all] Life and that the
said Edward had refused to doe the Same.

Ordred therefore by this Court that the Said Edward Ball Doe Anually pay
unto the said Easter the Full and Just Summe of two Thousand four hundred
pounds of tobacco dureing her Naturall Life and tha[t] the said Edward Entred
into recognisance for the Security of the true payment of the Same.

Edward Ball bound unto our Soverign Lord the King by a recognisan[ce] in
fourty pounds Sterling.

Thomas Keniston in the Same.

Ordred by this Court that Mary Ashby Daughter of Stephen Ashby Aged Six
Yeares or thereabouts bound out to William Conley According to Act of
Assembly.

Ordred that Marthe Ashby daughter of the Said Stephen Asby Aged three
Yeares or thereabouts bound out to Robert Biggs According] to Act of Assembly.

Ordred that Edward Williams by Consent of this Court be bound out to
Thomas Hook and Annabell his Wife According to Act of Assembly.

Ordred that Mary Tugwell Daughter of William Tugwell aged four Yeares
or thereabouts bound out to Thomas Hide According to Act of Assembly.

John Davis bound by recognisance in £20 Sterling to beare the Good be-
haviour. Thomas Qawn as Security for the Same Summe.

Mr. Josias Towgood Sworn deputy Sheriff of Prince George County.
This Court Adjourns till the fourth Tuesday in August Next.

At a Court held at Charles Town in Prince Georges County the Twenty
Fifth day of July in the Eight Yeare of the reigne of our Sovera[ign] Lord
William the third by the Grace of God King of England Scotland France and
Ireland etc. Anno Domini 1696 present

Thomas Hollyday, William Barton, Justices; Robert Bradly, Robert Tyler.

Ordred by this Court that Mr. Sheriff Greenfield doe Cause all the Shingles
and Lumber to be removed out of the Old Church and the Same to be Sweept
Cleane And Provide a table and Formes for the Commitioners of this County to
keep a Court in the twenty Fifth day of August Next.
