it is Considered that the Said Kathrine Willson and Joshua Cecell Executors of
the Said Jonathan Willson Deceased have Execution against the Said Jane Joyce
the administratrix of John Joyce Deceased of the Debt and Cost aforesaid
Togather with two hundred Ninety two pounds of Tobacco for their Cost and
Charges in this behalfe Layd out and Expended, of their assent by the Court here
adjudged out of the Goods and Chatties whereof John Joyce att the the time of
his Death in the hands of the Said Jane Joyce to be administred if She hath soe
much thereof in her hands to be administred and the Said Jane Joyce in mercy

Kathrine Willson and Joshua Cecell Executors of the Last will and Testament
of Jonathan Willson Deseased due upon account it being for the Sume of two
hundred Eighty three pounds of Tobacco as by account here Entred may appear.

And the Defendant in his propper person came into Court and acknowledged
the Said Sume of two hundred Eighty three pounds of Tobacco to be Justly due
to the Said Kathrine Willson and Joshua Cecell Executors of the Last will and
Testament of Jonathan Willson Deceased in manner and forme aforesaid and
desiered Judgement might be entred against him for the Same.

Therefore it is considered that the Said Kathrine Willson and Joshua Cecell
Executors of the Last will and Testament of Jonathan Willson Deceased recover
against the Said John Cash as well the Sume of two Hundred Eighty three pounds
of Tobacco their Debt aforesaid as allso the Sume of two hundred and twenty
pounds of Tobacco to the Plantives of their assent for their Cost and Charges
of Suite by the Court here adjudged and the Said John Cash in mercy.

Hester Davice desiers her Son William Davis'is Mark may be recorded as (viz.)
a Swallow forke on the Left year and a Crap and upper bitt on the right it being
the mark of a Cow in the possesion of David Davis his Father and became his
upon a Swap or Exchange for a mare given him by Laurance Rowland Deceased,
which Said Swap was by the assent and Consent of the Justices of this County.

[510] Josias Towgood Plantiffe: Forrests administrators Defendant

Command was given to the Sherife of Prince Georges County that of the
Goods and Chatties of John Forrest Deceased he atteach in the hand or hands
of any person or persons in this County as well the Sume of four hundred
Seventy nine pounds of Tobacco a Certaine Debt for Damages recovered against
John Wallker administrator of the Said John Forrest as allso the Sume of four
hundred and Sixteen pounds of Tobacco Cost of Suite in the whole amounting
to Eight hundred ninety five pounds of Tobacco and when he had the Same
atteached or any part thereof the Same in his hands to Keep soe that he have
the Same before the Justices of our next Prince Georges County Court to be
held at Charles Towne the 4th Tuesday in September Next and Likewise att
the Executeing this writt he give Notice to all person and persons in whose
