And the Said David Small by Joshua Cecell his attorney comes and defends
the force and Injury when etc. and Prayeth Leave to have auditors assigned to
auditt and adjust accounts between him and the Said Plantiffe etc. and by the
Court it is granted unto them according to an ordinance of assembly in that
case made and Provided, that is to Say Mr. Robert Bradley and Mr. William
Barton who are hereby ordered to auditt and and adjust accounts between the
Parties aforesaid and that they make report thereof this Court.

And now here att this day to witt the 26th day of September annoque Domini
1699 came as well the Said Thomas Taney and Jane his Wife administratrix
as afforesaid Plantiffs as the Said David Small Defendant by their attorneyes
aforesaid and the auditors Likewise came and made repoart as Followeth.
