And now here att this day (to witt) the 26th Day of September Annoque
Domini 1699 came as well the Said Kathrine Willson and Joshua Cecell Executors
of The Said Jonathan Willson Deceased in their Propper persons Plantives as the
Said Elisha Sedgewick by his William Stone his Attorney and the auditors Like-
wise came and made repoart of their audit as Followeth (Viz.)

Abated after regulation three hundred and Sixty Six pounds of Tobacco.

Therefore it is Considered by the Court that the Afforesaid Kathrine Willson
and Joshua Cecell Executors of the Last will and testament of Jonathan Willson
Deceased recover against the Said Elisha Sedgewick Executor of the Last will and
Testament of Robert Brothers Deceased as well the Sume of two Thousand Two
hundred Seventy and three pounds of Tobacco their Debt aforesaid as allso the
Sume of four hundred twenty four pounds of Tobacco for their Cost and Charges
of Suite to the Said Plantives of their assent by the Court here adjudged out of the
Goods and Chatties whereof Robert Brothers att the time of his Death in the
hands of the Said Elisha Sedgewick, if he hath Soe much thereof in his hands And
the Said Elisha Sedgewick in Mercy.

Treacy Deceased by Joshua Cecell his attorney Brought his Majesties writt against
Elisha Sedgewick Executor of The Last Will and Testament of Robert Brothers
Deceased of a Plea of Tresspass upon the Case it being for Ordinary Accomada-
tions amounting to the Sume of one Thousand twenty Seven pounds of Tobaco.
as by Declaration filed and account here Entred appeareth.

Whereupon the Court Considered that the Debt abovesaid was for Ordinary
Expences Twas Ordered that the account Should be auditted and Nominated and
appoynted Mr. William Hutchinson and Mr. Robert Bradley to regulate the
account and returne their auditt this Court.
