It is further Considered that the Said Bartholomew Goof and Johannah Ex-
ecutor of the Said Thomas Hide Deceased recover against the Said Nicholas
Baker Defendant as well the Sume of Eleven hundred Ninety Eight pounds of
Tobacco according to Bill (that is when able) their Debt aforesaid as allso the
Sume of three hundred fifty Eight pounds of Tobacco Cost of Suite to the Said
Bartholomew Goff and Johannah his wife Executors of the Last Will and
Testament of Thomas Hide Deceased Plantiffs of their assents by the Court here
adjudged and the Said Nicholas Baker Defendant in mercy.
Phillip Dennis Plantiff: William Prather Defendant
The Plantiff by Joshua Cecell his Attorney Sues the Defendant in a Plea of
Breach of Covenant according to the force forme and Effect of a Certaine
wrighting between them made etc.
Whereupon att August Court Last past annoque Domini 1699 Auditors ware
assigned the aforesaid Parties to auditt and adjudge of the Damages Susteined
by reason of the abovesaid Breach of Covenant as in Folio 460 of this book may
appear etc. And now here att this day (to witt) the 26th day of September
Annoque Domini 1699 came as well the Said Phillip Dennis as the Said William
Prather by their attorneys aforesaid and the auditors Likewise came and made
repoart of their Audit as Followeth (Viz.)
Whereas we the Subscribers ware Nominated and appoynted Arbitrators to
decide a Controversie and Suite of Law Depending between William Prather
and Phillip Dennis in Prince Georges County Court which Said Controvercy
with all wrightings and Evidences we have Fully heard and Examined and doe
Judge and award that the Said William Prather Deliver To the Said Phillip
Dennis for his third part of the Increase of the Stock one two year old heifer:
three hoggs of two years Old and one Sow of Sixteen Months old Also that the
Said Prather pay to the Said Dennis one Thousand pounds of Tobacco for
breach of Covenants and four hundred pounds of Tobacco towards the Charges
of the Said Dennis and that Each Party Pay their Charges in Law the Said four
hundred pounds of Tobacco Excepted. Wittness our hands this 9th of September
1699.

Therefore it is considered by the Court that the aforesaid Phillip Dennis
recover against the Said William Prather as well the Sume of one Thousand
pounds of Tobacco the forfeture of his Lease and one two year Old Heifer and
three hogs of two years old and one Sow of Sixteen Months old given him by
the arbitrators above mentioned as allso the Sume of four Hundred pounds of
Tobacco toward his Cost and Charges in the Law to the Said Phillip Dennis
Plaintiff of his assent by the Court here adjudged and that the Said William
Prather be in Mercy etc.
John Meriton Plantiff: Hugh Reyley Defendant
Hugh Reyley otherwise Called Hugh Riley of Prince Georges County was
Summoned to answer unto John Meryton of a Plea that he render unto him
the full and Just Sume of Six Hundred pounds of Tobacco which to him he
oweth and unjustly deteineth.
And whereupon the Said John Merito[n] in his Propper Person Compleines
that whereas the Said Hugh the 16th day of July Annoque Domini 1698 in
Prince George County within the Jurisdiction of This Court by his Certaine
