Thomas Prather demands a Subpoena for John Prather and Matthew Bignall
to testify inter him and James Mullikin: warrant to Subpoena and returne ut
Supra. [Subpoena]

His Majesty demands a Subpoena for Ninian Beall Junior and John Beall
and John Harris to testify inter him and Thomas Penny: warrant to Subpoena
and returne ut Supra. [Subpoena]

Robert Gourding demands a Subpoena for Archibald Edmundson to Testifie

Venire Facias for John Rook to answer, etc. [by order of Court]

John Mortemore demands a Subpoena for Richard Spornes Man and Richard

Att a Prince Georges County Court held att Charles Towne the 28th day of
March in the Eleventh year of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord William the
third by the Grace of God of England Scottland France and Ireland King De-
fender of the Faith etc. Annoque Domini 1699 by his Majesties Justices thereunto
appoynted and authorized (viz.)

Present. Mr. Thomas Hollyday, Mr. William Barton, Mr. John Wight, Mr.

Robert Bradley, Mr. Robert Tyler, Mr. John Smith, Mr. Robert Wade, Mr.

Samuell Magruder, Commisoners.

Giles Vermill Servant to James Green adjudged to be thirteen years of age and
to Serve according to Law.

James Macquin Servant to Francis Mallberry adjudged to be twelve years old
and to Serve according to Law.

John Flemin Servant to William Clacson adjudged to be twelve years old and
to Serve according to Law.

James Baxter Servant to Richard Gambra adjudged to be thirteen years old
and to Serve according to Law.

Edmund Berry Servant to Richard Gambra adjudged to be tenn years of age
