County Court and there affixt att the Court house doores that it may be Seen
to whom and to what the money and Tobacco is to be allowed the Same to be
affixt att the Said Court house doores dureing the Space of Six monthes and the
County Clerk to take Care it bee not Pulld downe but if it so happens to put
up new ones.

Ordered that the Sheriffs and Clark of the indightments in Each respective
County Court of this Province take care of all their Fines in their County Courts
be procecuted to Judgment and Estreated Soe that his Majestyes Recever may
Know a full and true account thereof.

take into their Custody all wayefes and Streyes and Deodunns and Deliver them
to George Plather and George Muschamp Esqrs. his Majestyes Receivers who
are to Sell and dispose of them for his Majestyes use.

Ordered that the Sheriffs of Each respective County within this province doe
give notice att Such times as their Severall County Courts doe Sitt that if any
Person doe take or receive any boates or other things whatsoever from any
Deserting Sailers or other runnewayes for their helping and Conveying them
out of the Province that Such persons will be prosecuted as accessary to the
Follonyes of Such Deserting runnewayes.

Prince Georges County By his Excelency the Governour and Councill

Whereas by the accounts of the Publicqe Treasurers for Officers appear to
have Paid their Severall impositions by act of assembly imposed upon their
offices it is therefore hereby ordered that the Sheriffs returne an Exact and true
account to the Said Publicqe Treasurers of who have, and who have not,
Complyed with the Said act and that the Said treasurers upon their refusall soe
to doe make his Majestys Attorney Generall acquainted therewith who is
hereby ordered to procecute them according to Law for recovery thereof.

Ordered that Nathan Veitch is Excused for being overseer of the highwayes
of Mount Callvert Hundred this present year he alleadgeing he was allmost
blinde for which reason he was Excusd it was forthwith ordered that John
Barrett Serve in his roome this Ensueing year.
Ordered that Hugh Williams bee discharged for being overseer of the High
wayes for Matapony hundred and that Paul Raulins Serve in his roome this
Ensueing year and that hee and John Barrett Have warrents to Empower them
to act in their office.
