Thomas Nellson Demands Subpoena for Robert Dove to testify inter Se and
Philip Willesy: warrant etc. to Subpoena and returne and Supra. [Sumoned.]
John Deakins Demands Subpoena for Samuell Sigley to testify inter him and
Michael Ashforth: warrant etc. to Subpoena and returne ut Supra. [Sumoned.]
Thomas Sprigg Sr. Demands Subpoena for Ann Gittings, Charles Hay and
Mary Hay to testify inter him and William William: warrant etc. to Subpoena
and Returne ut Supra.

[Prjince Georges County Court held att Charles Towne the twenty [second day
of September in the] Eight yeare of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord William
the third [of England] Scotland France and Ireland King Defender of the faith
etc. Annoque Domini 1696. By his Majesties Justices thereunto Appointed and
Authorized (Viz.)
Present. Mr. John Wighte, Mr. Robert Bradley, Mr. David Small, Mr. William
Tanyhill, Comiso[ners.]
Ordered by the Court that the Sheriffe Imediately Send to Mr. Thomas Holly-
day and de[sire him] to Send the Letter Sent from Sir Thomas Lawrence and
directed to the Justices of Prince Georges County Cour[t].
Henry Berndoe Servant Lad to Edward Brock Adjudged by the Court to be
Sixteen years of age Adjudged to Serve According to Act of Assembly.

Peter Scamper Came into Court and Acknowledged himselfe to be indebted
unto our Soveregne Lord the King in the Just Sume of tenn pounds Sterling
money of England to be Leavied on his goods and Chatties Lands and tenements
to our Sovereigne Lord the Kings use if Abigail Clifford Shall not Appeare att
the next Prince Georges County Court to be held at Charles Towne the fourth
Tuesday in November next to answer unto Such things and Matters as Shall be
by the Said Court on his Majestys behalfe Objected against her and in the
meane time to be of good behavour as well towards his Majesty and all the good
people of this province etc.
Ordered by the Court here that John Stevens be Continued bound to Appeare
the next Court to Answer unto Such Matters and things as on his Majesty's
behalfe Shall be Objected against him and that he find Securyty for the Same
and for his good behavour untill next Court.
Then Came the Said John Stevens and Acknowledged himselfe to be indebted
unto our Sovereigne Lord the King in the Just Sume of tenn pounds of Lawfull
money of England Together with Mr. Thomas Hollyday his Suretie and the Said
Thomas Hollyday did Acknowlege himselfe to be indebted unto our Sovereigne
Lord the King in the Sume of tenn pounds of Like money to be Leavied of their
goods and Chatties Lands and tenements respectively to our Sovereigne Lord
the Kings use if the Said John Stevens Shall not appeare att the next County
Court to be held att Charles Towne the fourth Tuesday in November next and
