Robinson by their attorneyes afforesaid and the Said Edward and Dudley Carle-
ton Prayeth that the Said Robert Robinson to his Declaration afforesaid may
answer etc.

The Defendant in his proper person came into Court and Saith that he cannot
gainesay the Debt aforesaid nor but that he oweth the Said Edward and Dudley
Carleton four Hundred thirty two pounds of Tobbacco in manner and Forme
afforesaid; alleadgeing in Court that he had paid by James Moor forty Eight
pounds of Tobacco which the Plan lives then allowd off.

Therefore tis Considered that the Said Edward and Dudley Carleton recover
against the Said Robinson the Sume of four hundred thirty two pounds of
Tobacco it being the ballance of accounts and their Damages by occation of
deteineing the Said Debt to two hundred Sixty four pounds of Tobacco to the
Said Edward and Dudley of their assent by the Court here adjudged, and the
Said Robert Robinson in Mercy.

The Carlton Merchants plantiffes: John Mills Deffendant

The Plantives by Joshua Cecell their Attorney Brought his Majesty's writt
against the Deffendant in a plea of Tresspass upon the Case etc. it being for
twelve hundred thirty Seven pounds of Tobacco due upon the ballance of
accounts as by Declaration Filed and account here Entred may appear etc.
