Matthew Lewis plantiffe: [Robjert Biggs Defendant: Debt 3000.

Matthew Lewis by Joshua Cecell his Attorney Came here into Court and
Leavied his plaint against Robert Biggs Late of this County planter of a plea he
render unto him three thowsand pounds of tobaccoe and Caske due by bill
which to him he oweth unjustly Deteyneth etc.

And the Said Robert Biggs in his proper person and in the Costody of the
Sheriffe etc. and the Sheriffe now Returneth that he hath taken the body of the
Said Robert Biggs and the Same hath ready here in Court and the Said Robert
Biggs present here in Court Att the Request of the Said plantiffe is Committed
to the Custody of the Sheriffe for Default of Manucaptors there to Remaine
untill etc.

Then did the Court Adjourne untill the fourth Tuesday in September next.
