The Defendant in his propper person Cometh here into Court this 25th day of
August Anno Domini 1696 and did in open Court Acknowledge that he was
Indebted to the Said plantiffe to the Said Sume of five hundred thirty Six pounds
of tobacco the ballance of account aforesaid and desired that there might be
Judgment Entred for the Same.

Whereupon it is Considered by the Court here that the Said Charles Barrow
Recover against the Said John Davis his Damagis aforesaid to the Sume of five
hundred thirty Six pounds of tobaccoe as alsoe the Sume of two hundred
thirty and two pounds of tobaccoe by the Court here allowed the Said plantiffe
for his Cost and Charges in this behalfe Laid out and Expended and by the
Court here Adjudged and the Said John Davis in Mercy etc.

Thomas Taney Executor of Michael Taney plantiffe: Charles Beven De-
fendant.

The plantiffe Sues the Defendant for the Sume of four hundred Sixty and
nine lbs. of tobaccoe due by bill as by Declaration and bill filed Appeareth.

The Defendant in his propper person Came into Court this 25th day of
August Anno Domini 1696 and did in open Court Acknowledge himselfe to be
Indebted to the Said Thomas Taney Executor of the Said Michaell Taney the
Said Sume of four hundred Sixty nine pounds of tobaccoe in manner as the
plantiffe hath Declared against him and desired that there Should be Judgment
Entred against him for the Same.

Whereupon it is Considered by the Court here that the Said Thomas Taney
Executor of the Said Michaell Taney Recover against the Said Charles Beven
as well the Sume of four hundred Sixty nine pounds of tobaccoe the Debt due
by bill aforesaid as alsoe the Sume of two hundred and Sixteen pounds of
tobaccoe to the Said Thomas Taney at his Request for his Cost and Charges in
this behalfe Laid out and Expended and the Said Charles Beven in mercy etc.

The plantiffe by Joshua Cecell his attorney Sues the Defendant for four
hundred twenty five lbs. of tobaccoe due by bill Dated the 23d day of Aprill
1689 as by Decleration and bill filed Appeareth.
