John Forrest Demands Subpoena for Thomas Bridges, Steven Onbe, Robert
Hucker, John Shaw and Elizabeth to testify inter he and Thomas Keniston:
warrant etc. to Subpoena and Returne ut Supra. [Sumoned.]

William King Demands Subpoena for David Small and Charles Tracey to
testify inter he and William Coopers Administrator: warrant etc. to Subpoena
and Returne ut Supra. [Sumoned.~\

Samuell Harrwood Demands Subpoena Francis Collier, William Ray, John
Joyce and Joseph Towgood to testify inter he and Mathew Mockeboy: warrant

Truemans Administrator Demands Subpoena for William Williams and Henry

[259] Alt Prince Georges County Court held att Charles Towne the twenty
third Day of November in the ninth yeare of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord
William the third by the Grace of God of England Scotland France and Ireland
King Defender of the faith etc. Annoque Domini 1697 By his Majesties Justices
thereunto Appointed and Authorized (Viz.)

Present. Mr. Thomas Hollyday, Mr. William Barton, Mr. Robert Wade, Mr.

Samuell Magruder, Mr. Thomas Sprigg, Commisoners.

These following persons was Nominated and Appointed Constable for Each
hundred following. Jonathan Simmons Constable for Mattapony hundred. John
Rigden Constable for Mount Calvert hundred. Robert Harryson Constable for
Petuxant hundred. John Demall Constable for Collington hundred. Thomas
Frederick Constable for Pescattaway hundred. Walter Evans Constable for New
Scotland hundred.

Ordered by the Court that Warrents to Each person above named be Issued
forth Accordingly. Which was Accordingly Issued forth per Joshua Cecell Clerke.

Mr. John Wight and Mr. John Hawkins Came and Satt on the bench.

Ordered that Richard Jones one of the Overseers for the High Wayes in Mount
Calvert hundred Command the taxable persons blonging to his part of the Said
hundred within tenn dayes time to Assist Morreen Devall and the taxbells of his
part in the Same hundred to make all Roads and bridges passable for horse and
foot in the Said Murreen Devalls part.

Ordered that the Overseers of Collington hundred within tenn dayes time
Command the taxables of theire hundred to Aide and Assist the Overseers of
Mount Calvert hundred one Day to made the Roads and Bridges in Mount Calvert
hundred pasable for horse and foot.

Then Did the Court Adjourne for two howers.

Present. Mr. Robert Tylor, Mr. John Hawkins, Mr. Samuell Magruder, Mr.

Robert Wade, Mr. Thomas Sprigg, Comisuoners.
