William Wilkinson Who are by the Court here ordered to Audite and Adjust
Accompts between the Aforesaid parties and that they make Report thereof to
the next Court to be held here the fourth Tuesday in November next etc.

[229] Charletts Administrator plantiffe: Phillip Willesey Defendant

Thomas Greenfeild Administrator of the goods and Chatties of Richard Char-
let Deceased by William Stone his Attorney brought his Majesties writt of Capias
against Phillip Willesey etc. of a plea of trespass upon the Case etc. And the Said
Phillip Willesey in his proper person Cometh and defendeth the force and Injury
when etc. And prayeth Leave to have Auditors Assigned him to Audit and Adjust
Accompts between him and the aforesaid plantiffe etc. According to an Ordinance
of Assembly in that Case made and provided etc. And by the Court here Auditors
are Assigned him (that is to Say) Mr. John Wighte and Mr. William Wilkinson
who are hereby Ordered to Audit and Adjust Accompts between the parties afore-
said and that they make Report thereof to the next Court to be held here the
fourth Tuesday in November next etc.
