Whereas at a Court held at Charles Towne for Prince Georges County last
November Ignatias Creycroft became Spetiall Bayle for one Jacob Bourneveetch
who was Arrested to that Court for a Debt of 4600 lbs. of tobacco Owing to me
Henry Jowles the Action being Since Lett fall by me for Severall Considerations
me thereunto moveing I do therefore by these presents Acquitt and Discharge
the Said Ignatias Creycroft from the Said Spetiall baile and all Charges whatso-
ever that may thereby Accrue as Wittness my hand this Seaventh Day of
January 1696 [1697].

bee Entred in the Records of Prince Georges County.
Teague Tracy desiers his marke may be Recorded (Viz.) a Cropp and hole in

Whereas John Forrest being Ingaged for Benjamin Evans who Intermarryed
with the Relict and Widdow of William Rought It is therefore ordered by the
Court that the Said John Forrest have and Receive the Rent of the Severall
Plantations Untill the Said Child of the Said William Roughts Attaines to full
Age Belonging to the Said Child.
The above being a Coppy tooke out of Calvert County Records and the lands
now Since the devision of the Countys Lying in this County It is the Opinion
of this Court that the above order be Allowed off and at the Request of John
Forrest ordered to be Entred in the Records of Prince Georges County Court.

That your poore petitioner haveing lived tenn years and upwards with Thomas
Keniston of the abovesaid County and being now free from my Said Master have
demanded my Corne an Ax and two hoes According to the Costome of the
Country which hee Refuses to pay me though Contrary to the knowne and good
Law of this Province your petitioner therefore humbly prayes that the Said
