Joseph Addison Demands Subpoena for Elizabeth Higham to testify inter he
and Baynes Executor: warrant etc. to Subpoena and returne ut Supra. [Not
found.]

John Carmalt Demands Subpoena for Joseph Addison, John Bowden to
testify inter he and Charles Beall: warrant etc. to Subpoena and Returne ut
Supra. [Sumoned.]

Richard Gambra Demands Subpoena for Thomas Ward and Mary Hunter to
testify inter he and William Dent: warrant etc. to Subpoena and returne ut
Supra. [Tardy.]

Edward Willett Demands Subpoena for Joseph Winger to testify inter he
and Richard Edwards: warrant etc. to Subpoena and Returne ut Supra.
[Sumoned.]

Ninian Beall Demands Subpoena for Honnour Davis to testify inter he and
Hugh Ryley: warrant etc. to Subpoena and returne ut Supra. [Sumoned.]

The aforesaid Docquett of writts and subpoenas was Returned by Thomas
Greenfeild Sheriffe.

Att Prince Georges County Court held att Charles Towne the fourth Tuesday
in March in the Ninth yeare of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord William the
third by the grace of God of England Scotland France and Ireland King Defender
of the Faith etc. Annoque Domini 1696/7: By his Majesties Justices thereunto
Appointed and Authorized (Viz). Being the 23d day.

Present. Mr. Thomas Hollyday, Mr. William Barton, Mr. John Wighte, Mr.

Robert Bradley, Mr. Robert Tylor, Comisoners.

Ordered that Joshua Cecell make up all the Records of this Court against
June Court next.

Ordered that William Offoot Maintaine Elizabeth Bankes and that if the Said
Offoot Lay out four hundred pounds of tobaccoe for Cloathing for her the next
fall that then the Said Offoot Shall be allowed twelve hundred pounds of tobaccoe
in the County Leavie per Annum for Soe long time as he Shall maintaine her.

Ordered that the Sheriffe fetch Mathew Mockeboy into Court to Answer the
Complaint of William Chew.

Richard Groome desiers his ma[r]ke may be Recorded (Viz.) : a Staple forke on
the Right Eare and an under halve on the Left Eare.

Robert Orme desiers his marke may be Recorded (Viz.) a Cropp over bitted
and under bitted on the Right Eare and an Under halve on the Left Eare.

James Jewers desiers his marke may be Recorded (Viz.) two Cropps two holes
and two upper bitts in Each Eare.

James Jewers desiers his Sonns marke James Jewers may be Recorded (Viz.) a
Cropp and a hole in the Left Eare and a Cropp and an upper bitt in the Right
Eare.

Major John Bigger desiers his marke may be Recorded (Viz.) a Swallow forke
on the Right Eare and a Cropp and under bitt on the Left Eare.
