Mary Law made oath that Shee had Attended as an Evidence nine dayes
being Sumoned for Abraham Feild against John Gardiner Whereupon it is
ordered that Abraham Feild pay the Said Mary Law two hundred and Seaventy
pounds of tobaccoe for her Said nine dayes Attendance etc.
John Pottinger and John Demall made oath that they Attended Eleven dayes
each as an Evidence for Abraham Feilds against John Gardiner Whereupon it
was ordered that Abraham Feild pay unto the Said Pottinger and Demall three
hundred and thirty pounds of tobaccoe to Each person for their Said Attend-
ance.
William Watson made oath that he Attended three days being Sumoned for
William Young against Charles Hay Whereupon it was ordered that the Said
William Young pay the Said Watson ninty pounds of tobaccoe for his Said
Attendance.
William Scott made oath that he Attended an an Evidence Six dayes for Chris-
topher Thompson att the Suite of Furguson and Teague Whereupon it was
ordered that the Said Christopher Thompson pay to the Said Scott one hundred
and Eighty lbs. of tobaccoe for his Said Attendance.
[139] Daniell Ellett and Elizabeth his wife and Thomas Webster made oath
that they Attended as an Evidence three dayes apeice being Sumoned for Francis
Prisley at the Suite of Ninian Beall Whereupon it is ordered that the Said
Francis Prisley pay to Each of the Said Evidence ninty pounds of tobaccoe for
their Attendance.
Ordered that Francis Prisley pay to William Tanyhill ninty pounds of tobac-
coe for his three dayes Attendance as an Evidence for the Said Prisley at the
Suite of Ninian Beall.
Ordered that Christopher Thompson pay unto Mordicay Moore one hundred
and twenty pounds of tobaccoe for his four dayes Attendance for the Said
Thompson at the Suite of Furguson and Teague.
Hugh Ryley made oath that he Attended Seaven dayes as an Evidence for
John Gardiner at the Suite of Abraham Feild Whereupon it is ordered that
the Said John Gardiner pay to the Said Ryley two hundred and tenn lbs. of
tobaccoe for his Said Attendance.
Jane Nicholls made oath that Shee Attended as an Evidence for Christopher
Thompson at the Suite of Teague and Furguson four dayes Whereupon it is
ordered that the Said Thompson pay the Said Jane one hundred and twenty
lbs. of tobaccoe for her Said Attendance.
