[126] Present Mr. Thomas Hollyday, Mr. John Wighte, Mr. Robert Bradley,
Mr. David Small, Mr. William Tanyhill, Mr. Robert Tyler, Comisoners.

Michaell Ashford plantiffe: John Deakins Defendant.

The plantiffe by William Stone his Attorney Sues the defendant in a plea of
trespass upon the Case etc. and hath not procecuted his Said writt in fileing aney
Decleration against the Defendant. Therefore he and his pledges of procecuteing
be in mercy etc. Lett the names of the pledges be Sought etc. and the Said John
Deakins goe thereof without day etc.

It is likewise Considered that the Said John Deakin Recover against the Said
Michaell Ashford his damages by occation of the premises to three hundred
Sixty five pounds of tobaccoe to the Said John Deakins by the discretion of the
Justices here at his Request for his Costs and Charges in this behalfe Sustained
According to the forme of the Stattute etc. by the Court here Adjudged etc.

Ninian Beall plantiffe: Francis Prisley Defendant.

The plantiffe by James Cranford his Attorney Sues the defendant in a plea of
trespass upon the Case And hath not procecuted his Said writt in fileing any
Decleration against the Defendant.

Therefore he and his pledges of procecuteing bee in mercy etc. Lett the names
of the pledges be Sought etc. and the Said Francis Prisley goe thereof without
day etc.

It is likewise Considered that the Said Francis Prisley Recover against the Said
Ninian Beall his damages by Occation of the premises to Seaven hundred ninty
one pounds of tobaccoe to the Said Francis Prisley by the discretion of the Justices
here at his Request for his Costs and Charges in this behalfe Sustained According
to the forme of the Stattute etc. by the Court here Adjudged etc.

Edward Batson plantiffe: Murphy Ward Defendant.

The plantiffe in his proper person Sues the Defendant in a plea of trespass
upon the Case And Hath not filed his Decleration against the defendant nor
procecuted his Said writt.

Therefore he and his pledges of procecuteing be in mercy etc. Lett the names
of the pledges bee Sought etc. and the Said Murfy Ward goe thereof without
day etc. Itt is Likewise Considered that the Said Murfy Ward Recover against
the Said Edward Battson his damages by occation of the premises to two
hundred Sixty five pounds of tobaccoe to the Said Murfy Ward by the discretion
of the Justices here at his Request for his Costs and Charges in this behalfe
Sustained According to the forme of the Stattute etc. by the Court here Adjudged
etc.

Edward Ball plantiffe: William Groome Defendant.

The plantiffe by James Cranford his Attorney Sues the Defendant in a plea
of Debt for four thowsand five hundred lbs. of tobaccoe And hath not procecuted
his Said writt in filing his decleration against the Defendant therefore he and his
pledges of procecuteing be in mercy etc. Lett the names of the pledges be Sought
etc. and the Said William Groome goe thereof without day etc.

Itt is Lickewise Considered that the Said William Groome Recover against the
Said Edward Ball his damages by occation of the premises to five hundred Sixty
five pounds of tobaccoe to the Said William Groome by the discretion of the
