The humble petition of Charles Tracy desiers that your worshipps would
be pleased to gra[nt] your humble petitioners a Lycence to keep an Ordinary in
the aforesaid County being alsoe ordinary keeper formerly in Calvert County
and your worships humble petitioner as being bound Shall Evar pray.

The aforesaid petition by the Court is granted.

To the Worshipfull the Justices of Peace of Prince Georges County.

The humble petition of Joshua Hall. Humbley Sheweth.

Unto this worshipfull Bench that your petitioner humbly Craves an order of
this Co[urt] hee haveing Emergent Occation to Repair his Dwelling plantation
and out house [so] he may be Capable of falling of timber for Repaire of the
premises aforesaid in Re[gard] it is orphants Land and as in Duty bound Your
Pettitioner will Ever pray.

The above petition being Read is Referred untill the Lawes are brought.

To the worshipfull the Justices of Prince Georges County the Petition of
Anthony Sm[art] Humbly Shewet[h.]

That your poore petitioner being Recommended by Col. Thomas Hollyday
to ser[ve] this worshipfull Court in the Capassity of a Drumer which your poore
