CHAPTER 59.

AN ACT to repeal an act passed at January session,
eighteen hundred and seventy-four, chapter four
hundred and thirty-six, entitled "An act to repeal
chapter one hundred and sixty-nine of the acts 6lf
eighteen hundred and seventy-two, entitled 'An
act for the better protection of partridges in Queen
Anne's county, and also to add an additional sec-
tion to article ninety-eight of the Code. '"

Repealed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That chapter four hundred and thirty-six
of the acts of eighteen hundred and seventy -four,
entitled "An act to repeal chapter one hundred and
sixty-nine of the acts 'of eighteen hundred and sev-
enty-two, entitled 'An act for the better protection
of partridges in Queen Anne's county, and also to
add an additional section to article ninety-eight of
the Code, ' " be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 60.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money for the
purpose of making repairs and additions to the
furniture of, and for procuring articles necessary
for the uses of the Executive Mansion.
