CHAPTER 55.

AN ACT to repeal the act passed at January session,
eighteen hundred and seventy-four, chapter four
hundred and thirty-nine, entitled "an act to regu-
late the issuing of licenses for the sale of spirituous
and fermented liquors in this State, " so far as the
same applies to Frederick, Cecil and Garrett
counties.

Repealed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the act passed at January session,
eighteen hundred and seventy-four, chapter four hun-
dred and thirty-nine, entitled " an act to regulate the
issuing of licenses for the sale of spirituous and fer-
mented liquors in this State, " be and the same is
hereby repealed, so far as the same applies to Fred
erick, Cecil and Garrett counties.

In force.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
