WHEREAS, It is very proper that a public institution

Be it resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland

That the State Librarian be authorized and directed

to furnish to said Maryland Historical Society, such

the same are now in the State Library, and that he

evidence taken and reported be handed over to the

Attorney General, and he be, and he is hereby di-

rected to take such steps, civil and criminal, as the

facts brought out in Southern Maryland Railroad
|
 
|
investigation may, in his judgment as the legal
|
 
|
representative of the State of Maryland, seems
|
 
|
proper.
