Sanctioning bequest.	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland be, and the same is
	hereby given to the said bequest.
	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
In force.	effect from the date of its passage.

	CHAPTER 349.
	AN ACT to repeal sub-section three, of section thir-
	ty-seven, and section ninety-three of chapter four
	hundred and seventy-one, of the acts passed by the
	General Assembly of Maryland, at January ses-
	sion, eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, entitled
	an'act to repeal article twenty-six, of the Code of
	Public General Laws, and to enact a substitute
	therefor, and to repeal section twenty-two, of arti-
	cle sixteen, sections ninety-nine to one hundred
	and three, of the same article, and sections thirty-
	three to forty-three of article eighty-eight, of the
	Code of Public General Laws, and to re-enact
	the same with amendments.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
	Maryland, That sub-section three, of section thirty-
	seven, chapter four hundred and seventy-one, of the
	acts passed by the General Assembly of Maryland,
Repealed and	at January session, eighteen hundred and sixty-eight,
	entitled an act to repeal article twenty-six, of the
	Code of Public General Laws, and to enact a substi-
	tute therefor, and to repeal section twenty-two of
	article sixteen, sections ninety-nine to one hundred
	and three of the same article, and sections thirty-
	three to forty-three, of article eighty-eight, of the
