CHAPTER 341.

AN ACT to pay Harry E. Loane the sum of one

hundred and three dollars and five cents for bal-

ance due him for work on Comptroller's Office,

as per certificate of the Comptroller and the Presi-

dent of the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

to draw his warrant on the Treasurer of the State,

in favor of Harry E. Loane for the sum of one hun-

dred and three dollars and five cents, for a balance

found to be due him for work on the Comptroller's

President of the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

CHAPTER 342.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay

Thomas E. Ensor, late collector of taxes of Balti-

more county, money erroneously paid by him into

the Treasury of the State.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
