Precinct number three of the said third election dis-

 

trict, shall comprise all that portion of the said dis-

 

trict, not embraced within the metes and bounds

 

hereinbefore described, and the voting place of the

 

said third precinct, shall be at a place known as the

of the Reisterstown turnpike.

 

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That it shall be the duty

shall be entitled to vote, and shall deliver one copy

 

of the list of voters for each of such precincts to the

 

judges of election thereof.

AN ACT to refund to J. Frank Ford, Clerk of the

 

Circuit Court for St. Mary's county, a sum oi

 

money erroneously paid into the treasury.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he is hereby

 

authorized and directed to issue his warrant upon

of forty-six dollars and fifty cents erroneously paid
