CHAPTER 311.

AN ACT to repeal section three, chapter four hun-
|
|
|
dred and twenty-nine of an act approved April
|
|
|
fourth, eighteen hundred and seventy, entitled
|
|
|
"An act to repeal sections one, two, three, five
|
|
|
and seven of chapter four hundred and thirty-three
|
|
|
of the acts of eighteen hundred and sixty-eight,"
|
|
|
and to re-enact the same with amendments, and
|
|
|
enact the following in lieu thereof :
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be, it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
|

the same with amendments," is hereby repealed, and

the following enacted in lieu thereof.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That the third election dis-
|

precinct number one shall begin at a point where

|
|
the middle of Madison and North Boundary avenues
|
|

would intersect; thence northwardly through Madi-
|

son avenue, Druid Hill Park and Green Spring
|
|
|
avenue, to Pimlico road, and following the middle
|
|
|
of said road to the eastern boundary of the said third
|
|
|
district; thence in a southwardly direction following
|
|
|
the said boundary to the middle of North Boundary
|
|
|
avenue; and thence westwardly to the point of be-
|
|
|
ginning, and the voting place in the said first precinct
|
|

comprise all that portion of the third election dis-
|
|
|
trict west of the first voting precinct and south of a
|
|
|
line where Rogers and Green Spring avenues inter-

sect; thence along the middle of said Rogers avenue

to the Reisterstown turnpike; binding thence along
|
|
|
the middle of said turnpike, to a stream crossing the
|
|
|
same, at or near Hooper's lane; thence binding on
|
|
|
the south side of the same to another, known as
|
|
|
Merryman's branch; thence binding on the south
|
