CHAPTER 311.

 

AN ACT to repeal section three, chapter four hun-

 

dred and twenty-nine of an act approved April

 

fourth, eighteen hundred and seventy, entitled

 

"An act to repeal sections one, two, three, five

 

and seven of chapter four hundred and thirty-three

 

of the acts of eighteen hundred and sixty-eight,"

 

and to re-enact the same with amendments, and

 

enact the following in lieu thereof :

 

SECTION 1. Be, it enacted by the General Assembly of
