AN ACT for the protection of birds in Prince

George's and Anne Arundel counties.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of
|
 
|

Maryland, That hereafter it shall not be lawful for
|
 
|
|
any person, not a resident of Prince George's county,
|

or Anne Arundel county, to hunt, shoot, kill, de-

|
|
stroy, or in any way trap any birds within the limits
|
 
|
|
of said counties, at any season of the year, without

the permission of the owner of the land or marsh

upon which said non-resident may hunt.
|
 
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That hereafter it shall

not be lawful for any person to hunt, shoot, kill or
