CHAPTER 307.

AN ACT to repeal sections one, two, three and four

of the act of January session, eighteen hundred

and seventy-two, chapter four hundred and thirty-

six, entitled "an act to regulate the pay of State's

Attorney for Prince George's county."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That sections one, two, three and four of
