SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That if any person or

AN ACT to repeal section twenty-nine of the act of

eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, chapter four

hundred and seventy-one, entitled an "an act to

repeal article twenty-six of the Code of Public
|
|
 
|
General Laws, and to enact a substitute therefor,
|
|
 
|
and to repeal section twenty-two of article sixteen ;
|
|
 
|
sections ninety-nine to one hundred and three of
|
|
 
|
the same article, and sections thirty-three to forty-
|
|
 
|
three of article eighty-eight, of the Code of Public
|
|
 
|
General Laws," and re-enact the same so as to
|
|
 
|
read as follows, and to repeal section seventeen of
|
|
 
|
the same article, and to re-enact the same with
|
|
 
|
amendments.
|
|
 
|
