CHAPTER 267.

AN ACT to authorize Benjamin Lankford to erect

and keep a gate across the county road leading

county, to erect two gates on the public road in

said county, leading through the farm of the said

George L. Michael.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

county be, and he is hereby authorized to erect;and

keep two gates on the public road in said county,

leading through the farm of the said George L.

Michael on which he now resides; provided the said

George L. Michael shall cause the said gate or gates

to be hung upon good and sufficient iron hinges,
