CHAPTER 231.

AN ACT to repeal section thirty of Article twenty-
eight of the Code Supplement of eighteen hundred
and sixty-eight of Public General Laws, as enacted
by section three of chapter two hundred and ninety-
nine of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, passed at the January session of eigh-
teen hundred and sixty-eight, so far as the said
section relates to Worcester county, and to re-
enact the same to apply only to Worcester county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
