LAWS OF MARYLAND.

Fill vacancies

aged, and all its powers exercised, by a president
and seven directors, who shall be chosen at the time
and in the manner provided in the act incorporating
said company; and the president and existing direc-
tors shall have the right to fill any vacancy in said
board of directors of said company, in the same
manner as they would have been authorized had
said vacancy occurred in the number of directors
authorized by the original act of incorporation;
and the said president and directors are hereby
authorized to appoint a vice-president of said com-
pany, if they deem it necessary, who shall have
such powers as shall be provided by the by-laws of
said company.

Reserves.

Sic. 3. And be it enacted, That the Legislature
hereby reserves to itself the right to alter, change,
amend and repeal any or all of the provisions of
this act at pleasure.

CHAPTER 215.

 

AN ACT to add additional sections to article twelve
of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled " Har-
ford county, " sub-title "Fish. "

Additional
sections.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the following additional sections be
added to article twelve of the Code of Public Local
Laws, entitled " Harford county, " sub-title " Fish, "
to come in after section forty-one of said article, and
be numbered as follows: forty-one A; forty-one B;
forty-one C.

Unlawful.

SECTION 41 A. It shall be unlawful for any person
to catch or trap any fish in the waters of Harford
county, the waters of the Chesapeake Bay and its
tributaries to high tide, and the Susquehanna River
