due by the said road to the State, up to the time said assent is given, as provided for in the second section of this act.

CHAPTER 230.

AN ACT to repeal section thirty-two of article sev-
|
|
|
enteen, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
|
|
|
" Queen Anne's county," sub-title " Centreville,"
|
|
|
and to re-enact the same with amendments, and
|
|
|
to add additional sections to said article.
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
|
Repealed and re-enacted.
|
Maryland, That section thirty-two of article seventeen, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title " Queen
|
|
|
Anne's county," sub-title "Centreville," be and the
|
|
|
same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read
|
|
|
as follows:
|
|
|
SEC. 32. And be it enacted, That all persons who
|
|
|
have resided within the corporate limits of said town
|
|
Qualification of.voters.
|
for six months, and all persons holding taxable property in said town, and who are entitled to vote for
|
|
|
Delegates to the General Assembly, shall, at the
|
|
|
court house in said town, on the first Monday in
|
|
|
April, eighteen hundred and seventy-six, and every
|
|
|
second year thereafter, elect by ballot three persons,
|
|
|
residents of and holding real estate in said town,
|
|
|
above the value of three hundred dollars, as com-
|
|
|
missioners.

|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the following sec-
