AN ACT to amend the act of eighteen hundred and seventy-two, chapter one hundred and fifty-two, entitled "An act to amend the act of March session, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, chapter one hundred and forty-seven, entitled 'An act to incorporate the Empire Coal Company of Alle-gany county,'" by substituting certain sections for the second and third sections of said act, and providing for the reduction of the number of directors, and for the holding of the meetings of said company in the City of Philadelphia.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the act of eighteen hundred and seventy-two, chapter one hundred and fifty-two, entitled "An act to amend the act of eighteen hundred and sixty-five, chapter one hundred and forty-seven," be and the same is hereby amended by substituting the following for the second and third sections of said act:
