CHAPTER 213.

AN ACT to repeal section three of the act of the General Assembly of Maryland of eighteen hundred and sixty-four, chapter forty-four, entitled " a supplement to the act entitled an act to incorporate the Frederick and Emmittsburg turnpike Company, " passed December session, eighteen hundred and forty-four, chapter one hundred and thirty-six, and re-enact the same with amendments.

Repealed and Re-enacted.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That section three, of chapter forty-four, of the acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January session of eighteen hundred and sixty-four, entitled "a supplement to the act entitled an act to incorporate the Frederick and Emmittsburg Turnpike Company," passed December session, eighteen hundred and forty-four, chapter one hundred and thirty-six, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to read as follows:
