CHAPTER 205.
AN ACT to require the Commissioners of Prince George's county, to pay annually to the Commis-sioners of the Village of Bladensburg, the amount of the road tax levied or taxed upon property within the limits of said corporation.

Duty of commissioners.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That it shall be the duty of the Commissioners of Prince George's county, to pay annually to the Commissioners of the Village of Bladensburg, the amount of the road tax levied or taxed upon property within the limits of said corporation, to be appropriated and used by them for the repair and, improvement of the roads within said corporate limits.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 206.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact section six of article sixty-nine, of the Code of Public General Laws, title " Officers, " to regulate the publication by the Comptroller of the defaulters of the State.

Repealed and re-enacted.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That section six, of article sixty -nine, of the Code of Public General Laws, be repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

Furnish statement.
|
SECTION 6. That the comptroller shall furnish each officer of the State, whose accounts are in arrears, at least sixty days prior to a general election, a full statement of his accounts, and in default of his accounting for such deficiencies within thirty days, then it shall be the duty of the comptroller to have published weekly, for one month, in one or more
