appearing, within thirty days thereafter, then the balance aforesaid shall be paid into the school fund for Baltimore county; provided however, that the provisions of this act shall not apply to that portion of the thirteenth district south of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, nor to that portion of the twelfth district south of the Philadelphia, Wilmington and Baltimore Railroad.

CHAPTER 204.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact as amended section six, of chapter seventy-nine, of the acts passed at the January session eighteen hundred and seven-ty-four, entitled an act for the protection of black bass, and all other fish in the Patapsco river above tidewater.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That section six, of chapter seventy-nine, of the acts passed at. the January session, eighteen hundred and seventy-four, entitled an act for the protection of black bass, and all other fish in the Patapsco river, above tide water, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows, viz:

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from the date of its passage.
