Penalty.

lars; provided however, that the using of any post or stake of a larger size than four inches in the largest part, or permitting the same to remain for a longer period than ten days after the removal of the seme or nets therefrom, shall subject the person or persons so offending to a fine of not more than twenty nor less than ten dollars.

Repealed.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That all acts, or parts of acts inconsistent with the provisions of this act, be and the same is hereby repealed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That it shall not be lawful for any person or persons in Washington county to shoot, kill, or in any way entrap or destroy any blue-bird, swallow, martins, robins, cat-birds, woodpeckers, sparrow, wrens, whip-poor-will, dove, lark, thrush,
