CHAPTER 180.
AN ACT to prevent in St. Mary's County the re- moval or improper disposition of property that has been levied upon.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That any person in St. Mary's county who shall be guilty of disposing of property that has been levied upon by the proper law officer, and thereby defeating the object of the law, shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be held responsible for twice the amount of pro-	Misdemeanor.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Allegany County to levy a tax on dogs in said county.
