ble the amount of the property condemned, with
condition to prosecute such appeal with effect, and
to pay the value of the property condemned and tine
imposed and all costs attending such proceedings, in
case such judgment shall be confirmed, and in all
cases of appeal either party shall be entitled to trial
by jury.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal sections six, eight and twenty-
one, of the acts of January session eighteen hun-
dred and seventy-two, chapter fifty-four, entitled
"an act to exempt all that portion of the waters of
the Chesapeake Bay lying northward of a certain
line therein described from the operation and
effects of sections one and three of article ninety-
eight of the Code of Public General Laws, title
" Wild Fowl " and to enact other sections to be in
force and operation in, on and over said waters, "
and to re-enact the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections six, eight and twenty-one
of the act of January session, eighteen hundred and
seventy-two, chapter fifty-four, entitled "an act to
exempt all that portion of the waters of the Chesa-
peake Bay lying northward of a certain line therein
described from the operation and effects of sections
one and three of article ninety-eight of the Code of
Public General Laws, title " Wild Fowl " and to
enact other sections to be in force and operation in,
on and over said waters, " be repealed and re-enacted
so as to read as follows:
