commit any act of insubordination against the prison
authorities the warden and board of directors
of the penitentiary may at their discretion annul
such deductions; and further provided, that should
the prisoner commit any offence for which be shall
be convicted by a jury all deductions therefore made
shall be thereby annulled.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay
Edward V. Morris tax collector for the first and
second districts of Caroline county for the years
eighteen hundred and seventy-two and eighteen
hundred and seventy-three, for money overpaid
into the treasury.

|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Comptroller be, and he is hereby
directed to issue his warrant upon the Treasurer to
pay Edward V. Morris seventeen dollars and seven
cents, the amount due him for money overpaid by
him into the treasury.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
