and in order to set at rest any doubts in reference
thereto, therefore

Confirmed.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the act of the commissioners Bene S. Pigman,
and George W. Devecmon in the laying out of the
alley, and in the sale of part of Cherry alley as pro-
vided by the provisions of chapter two hundred and
nineteen, act of eighteen hundred and forty, Decem-
ber session, be, and the same are hereby confirmed
and made valid, with the same force and effect as if
all of said commissioners had acted in the premises.

And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 133.

AN ACT to approve an act passed January session
eighteen hundred and seventy-four, chapter ninety-
three, requiring the County Commissioners of
Dorchester county to subscribe to the capital stock
of the Cambridge and Chesapeake Railroad Com-
pany.
|
Approved.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That chapter ninety-three of the acts
passed at the January session of eighteen hundred
and seventy-four, be, and the same is hereby approved,
in accordance with the provisions of sections eleven
and twelve of said act, and of section fifty-four, article
three, of the Constitution of this State.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
