Repealed and
re-enacted.
|
teen hundred and seventy-two, chapter fourteen, en-
titled "An act to change the name of the Children's
Aid Society of Baltimore" be, and the same is hereby
changed to the name " The Henry Watson Children's
Aid Society of Baltimore" and otherwise to amend
the constitution of said society be, and the said
third section is hereby repealed, and the following
is substituted therefor, and re-enacted as the third
section of said act.

Management.
|
3. That the affairs and business of the society shall
be managed by not less than ten, nor more than
twenty managers, who shall be chosen annually at
such time and place as shall be designated for that
purpose by the by-laws, and who shall serve for one
year, and until others are appointed, and shall from
their own number appoint a president, two vice-pres-
idents, a recording secretary, a corresponding secre-
tary and a treasurer, who shall serve until others
shall be chosen in their stead.

Repealed and
re-enacted.
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That section four of said
act be, and the same is hereby repealed, and the
following is substituted therefor, and re-enacted as
the fourth section of said act.

Entitled to
vote.
|
4. That every person who shall have contributed
within the year to the funds of the association, not
less than one dollar, and whose contribution shall
have been entered on the books, shall be considered
a member thereof, and be entitled to vote at such an
election of managers.
|
In force.
|
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
