CHAPTER 8. AN ACT to extend the building line in the harbor of Crisfield, on the north side of the town of Cris- field into deep water, so as to admit the erection of oyster houses along the same.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the harbor line of Crisfield on the . north side of the said town be extended as follows: beginning at the northwest corner of the premises occupied by George W. Long and company, thence north thirty degrees and thirty minutes, west sixty- feet; thence north fifty nine degrees thirty minutes, east two hundred feet; thence north eight degrees fifteen minutes east to the extent of the said harbor, for the purpose of obtaining deeper water, so as to admit the building of oyster houses along the same. CHAPTER 9.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the Governor to appoint an additional justice of the peace in Eas- ton district in Talbot county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the Governor be and he is hereby authorized and empowered to appoint to an addi- tional justice of the peace in and for Easton district in Talbot county, in addition to those now required to be appointed by existing laws.
