family, which he is unable to support, and for a long time past has
depended on charity for a subsistence, and prays that a law may
pass authorising the levy court of Baltimore county to levy a sum
of money on the assessable property of said county for his support;
and the same appearing reasonable, therefore,

CHAP. 9.

    2.  BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That 
the levy court of Baltimore county shall be and are hereby directed
and empowered, at their levy courts annually, so long as they
shall see cause, to assess and levy, on the assessable property of
said county, a sum of money, not exceeding thirty dollars, for the
support and maintenance of the said Benjamin Boyce, and that the
same be collected and paid annually by the collector or collectors
of Baltimore county, agreeable to the order of the levy court aforesaid.
Levy authorised
for his support.

                                        CHAP. X.
An Act for the relief of Anne McGill, of Saint-Mary's County. Lib.

Passed Jan. 6, 1810.
    BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
trustees of the poor of Saint-Mary's county be and they are hereby
authorised and empowered, to take into consideration the situation
of Anne McGill, and if it shall appear to them reasonable
and right that the said Anne McGill ought to be an out pensioner,
and that her circumstances render her situation in the poor-house
particularly unsuitable to her, then and in that case they may allow
her an annual pension, during her residence in the said county,
not exceeding thirty dollars, to be paid at such time or times as
they shall direct.
May be supported
as an out pensioner.
