CHAP. 10.

    4.  AND BE IT ENACTED, That all deeds, and other instruments
or writing, which have been received within the time limited by
law by the several clerks in the several counties, since the passing
of the said act, and which shall be received, (until other provision
shall be made by law,) shall be recorded, and shall be of the same
validity in law, to every intent and purpose, as deeds received and
recorded previous to the passage of said act.

                                            CHAP. XI.
An Act for the more effectual preservation of the Breed of Wild Deer
                in Somerset County.

    The act of 1800, ch. 16, repealed the act of 1799, ch. 18, and revived that of
1789, ch. 5, so far as it related to Somerset county.  This act, having repealed
the act of 1789, ch. 5, for the term of three years, so far as respected the above
county, was repealed by 1807, ch. 77.

                                            CHAP. XV.
A Supplement to an act, * entitled, An act to incorporate Companies
    to make several Turnpike Roads through Baltimore County, and
    for other purposes.

    WHEREAS it is represented to this general assembly, that in pursuance
of the powers vested in the commissioners of the Baltimore
and Reister's-town turnpike road by the act to which this is a supplement,
that they have opened subscription books, and that there
has been subscribed the amount of the capital stock authorised by
said act on said road, and they have petitioned that they may
be permitted immediately to commence turnpiking the same; and
this assembly being of opinion that their prayer is reasonable,
therefore,
Preamble.
    2.  BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That 
so much of an act, ? entitled, An act to incorporate companies to
make several turnpike roads through Baltimore county, and for
other purposes, as restrains the president and managers of the Baltimore
and Reister's-town turnpike road from commencing their
work on said road until the first day of January, eighteen hundred
