the dividends received
by them from the Baltimore and Frederick town turnpike
road company, and the Baltimore and Reister's-town
turnpike road company, for the support of criminals,
&c.

Resolution authorising the governor
and council to
designate appropriate such part of the public grounds
in the city of Annapolis as they may think most suitable,
as a site for the erection of a monument to his memory
in pursuance of the resolution of congress, &c.

to pay him as
agent for settling the claims of Maryland with the general
government, eight hundred dollars, &c.

assembly his progress in the accomplishment of the object
