pounds for the purpose of building and finishing a
church in Annapolis,

case relative to a tract of land called "Mount Webb,"
and to decide thereon, &c.

    Resolution authorising him, under the direction of the
executive, to cause to be mounted an iron field piece, &c.

    1.  Resolution authorising him to receive one shilling
and ten pence half penny for each commission, &c.
    2.  Resolutions requiring him, under the director of the
governor and council, to examine the debt books and to
complete the indexes where they are deficient, &c.

    3.  Resolution authorising the treasurer to pay him annually
in quarterly payments, five hundred dollars, as
an additional compensation, &c.

    4.  Resolution directing the clerk of the council to
deposit in the land office for the western shore the proprietary
debt books, &c.
    5.  Resolution declaring that those books shall continue
and remain therein, under the direction of the register,
&c. and that copies therefrom under seal shall be evidence,
&c.

    Resolution directing him to furnish William Kilty,
Thomas Harris, and John N. Watkins, with copies of
acts not already printed, &c.
