                                        APPENDIX.

                                          CHAP. II.
An act for repeal of certain laws; and also for ascertaining what
    laws are in force within this Province.  Lib. C. and WH. fol. 288.
    Lib. WH. fol. 4, and Lib. WH. and L. 120.
    By this act (and the foregoing) the laws of the province, which for several years
had remained in a doubtful state, were absolutely fixed to this period:  His Lordship
being present, and giving his final assent in Assembly to the laws therein mentioned,
and to the formal repeal of others.  Hereby the following acts, viz.
        1640, ch. 8.
        1647, ch. 3, 4, and 6, § 2.
        1649, ch. 5, and 9.
        1650, ch. 6, 7, 9, 32, 33, and 34.
        1658, ch. 2, 3, 4, and 8.
        1661, ch. 8, and 9.
        1662, ch. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22,
                and 23.
        1663-4, ch. 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24,
                25, 26, 27, 28, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, and 37.
        1666, ch. 4, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27,
                28, and 29.
        1669, ch. 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20.
        1671, ch. 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 31, 32, and 33.  And
        1674, ch. 10, 17, 18, 10, 20, 21, 23, 27, 28, 29, 30, and 31,
are by this present act of Assembly declared to be absolutely repealed, and for
ever after to be void and of none effect.
    And these Laws following, viz.
        1640, ch. 1, 2, and 3.
        1646, ch. 2.
        1647, ch. 5.
        1649, ch. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8.
        1650, ch. 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, and 31.
        1658, ch. 1.
        1661, ch. 1, 4, 6, and 7.
        1662, ch. 2.
        1663-4, ch. 3, 5, 29, and 30.
        1666, ch. 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10.
        1669, ch. 1, 4, 6, and 8.
        1671, ch. 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 10, 11, 24, 26, 27, 28, and 29.  And
        1674, ch. 1, 2, 8, 11, 14, 15, 16, 24, and 25,
are hereby, and by this present act of General Assembly, ratified and confirmed
to stand in full force and virtue, till his Lordship, and with the advice and consent
of the upper and lower houses of this or any future Assemblies, should think
fit to alter, amend, revoke or repeal the same, or any one or more of them.
